4P Pannier Fitting Kit Details:

SHAD 4P pannier fitting kits have been designed to offer a lightweight yet robust and secure pannier mounting system.

Evolving from our award winning 3P system, the SHAD’s 4P system is additionally braced across the rear of the bike and features an additional mounting point for Terra aluminium luggage.

Why Use The 4P System?

Adventure and touring bikes are designed to be able to deal with a wide variety of terrain, so you need to be sure that your luggage system is equally robust. With the Terra panniers being capable of carrying up to 10kg each, the 4P fitting kits have 4 points of fitment ensuring the panniers are secured firmly to the bike and improve load stability by distributing weight more evenly.

As the pannier load increases, so does the flex at the base of the case so SHAD have introduced a brace bar across the rear of the bike to eliminate this flex and remove any associated vibration.

Each 4P fitting kit is designed specifically for each motorcycle and rigorous testing ensures a reliable and strong solution.

SHAD SH36 Carbon 36 Litre Panniers

SHAD’s SH36 panniers are a ground-breaking pannier that maximises storage and enhances the good looks of your motorcycle. Designed to be aerodynamic and lightweight the SH36 can still accommodate an XXL full face helmet in each pannier. Each SH36 was engineered to optimise internal capacity meaning each pannier can hold 36 litres in volume, enough for most journeys and a wide selection of luggage. The inner tray ensures that your belongings stay in the pannier even when the case is open .Every SH36 pannier has a fully waterproof seal using a double profile rubber gasket which ensures water runs straight off the case, keep your belongings safe and dry inside.

SHAD SH35 Aluminium 35 Litre Panniers

The SH35 panniers are aerodynamic, lightweight and have a greater loading capacity than most other aluminium cases on the market while still granting clean, sophisticated lines to compliment your motorcycle. Each SH35 is engineered to optimise internal capacity giving 35 litres each side, allowing the storage of an open face motorcycle helmet or a wide range of soft luggage. The inner tray ensures that your belongings stay in the pannier even when the case is open. Every SH35 pannier has a fully waterproof seal using a double profile rubber edge seal, guiding all water around and off the base of the case. The SH35 panniers are designed to be partnered with the SHAD SH59X expandable top case to create the perfect aluminium set.

Fully waterproof and lockable, the TR47 is a perfect choice for touring and commuting. Coupled with its 10kg load capacity, this makes it an industry leading pannier.

The unique integrated lock and handle mechanism allows simple, one handed operation of the premium lock and removal from the bike. SHAD Terra panniers are designed to be used with the new 4P pannier mounting system and once mounted, offer a side opening system which gives easy and full view to all your belongings whilst keeping them in place with the parcel tray (which folds out of the way) and mesh restraint system.
